End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Tonsetech ("Company") for the use of the Google Review Stand - A6 ("Product"). By using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Company grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

User shall not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Product.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product.
• Distribute, transfer, or sublicense the Product to any third party.

3. Ownership

The Product and all rights, titles, and interests in it, including intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if User breaches any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, User must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies of the Product.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Company does not warrant that the Product will meet User's requirements or that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Company be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Company with respect to the use of the Product and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

9. Copyright and Registered Logos

All content on this website is original and created by Tonsetech. All logos used, including those of platforms and brands, belong to their original copyright holders. Their use is only for illustrative purposes.
